Work with a parent mentor who has had real-life experience and success with a child on the spectrum, PANDAS, and chronic Lyme, utilizing natural strategies like dietary supplements and herbals. I have also helped many adults and entire families navigate the challenges of mold illness and tick borne diseases, you don’t have to be a child to work with me!
As a new client, we will start with a comprehensive phone review of you or your child’s history, what has worked (and what has not), and develop a strategic written plan to begin to address your concerns.
Once we are connected, you will have easy and secure messaging communication with me through a Telehealth platform that will allow you to reach out when you have questions, and I can share documents and articles with you as well as provide a written protocol!
Established clients will have exclusive access to an expanding library of articles and information written by Rowyn, that may include practical PANS flare tips, advanced biomedical interventions for autism, and the latest in mold testing and treatments.

Your first consult will be extensive! I will review you or your child’s history, examine pertinent health information you have uploaded to me prior to the appointment to make our session together as productive as possible. Together we’ll review current diet, supplements, and history and develop a personalized plan of action to immediately address your top concerns. FOLLOW UP CONSULTATIONS
60 Minutes
I suggest scheduling a Follow Up Call 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation, then as needed to review how your protocol is working for you! We will discuss results and implement any necessary changes. This Follow Up is intended for a detailed consultation with current clients to maintain ongoing guidance and support. Do you need help understanding your OAT (organic acid test) results? Does it show mold exposure, neurotransmitter imbalances, nutrient deficiencies? I can help those who do not have a provider with expertise in OAT analysis. 30 min call, this includes call notes, but does NOT include a protocol.
ERMI Mold Report REview
Do you need help interpreting your ERMI and/or mold inspection report? Not sure how good or bad your results are, how to proceed with remediation, what to do with porous items? Should you move? For help with next-step decisions, I am experienced at combining home testing information with medical history to help you make the best choices regarding remediation, your belongings, and more. 45 min call, written notes provided.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you see clients in person or remotely?
I see remote clients only via an online telehealth platform, Healthie. We will speak via phone through Healthie for all consults and follow ups—it looks very much like a social media messaging service! This will look like Skype for international clients. You can install this as an app on your smart phone as well. Once you become a client, so that you will have prompt access to asking questions via private message about your protocol, supplements, reactions, concerns. We can exchange documents through Healthie in a secure fashion, and I may send specific articles or material from time to time as needed. This is a much more advanced and interactive way to keep communication flowing between practitioner and client than the usual email systems.
I'm not in the US; can I book an appointment with you?
International clients may only choose the Whole Family Detox International option, utilizing Zoom via the computer.

I’m Rowyn
I have been a well known parent mentor online in health groups pertaining to Autism, PANS/PANDAS, herbalism, integrative health and more for years, some of you likely recognise me! I have decided to turn my mentorship into a career to help more on an individual level.
I have a child who struggled with Autism and then later PANDAS and chronic lyme, and have successfully developed science-based, natural strategies to bring the body into balance and address the gut/brain connection.
I utilise a variety of dietary interventions, supplements, and herbals to achieve these goals. I look forward to sharing my years of research and knowledge base, which includes real life experience, with you!
